Ranked: 15 Worst-Rated, Best-Selling Video Games

Sharing is caring!

Curious about which video games left players the most disappointed? A new study ranks the top 15 worst-rated games based on Steam player reviews and Steam sales data. It’s interesting and a little sad to see that many of the games with the worst ratings come from much-loved franchises.

I actually didn’t mind some of these games. Assassin’s Creed, Valhalla wasn’t a bad game, and I’m not sure it deserved a spot here.

It’s also important to note that this ranking only looks at Steam’s top 100 games in terms of sales, too. So while there have probably been some much worse games than those here, they didn’t sell so well so were excluded from the study.
